Cleantech Policy and Program Administrator - Position Description
Overview: The Environmental & Energy Technology Council of Maine (E2Tech) is the state's leading energy, environmental, and clean technology business and economic development organization. E2Tech is a catalyst, a change agent, and a resource center that strives to:
E2Tech is funded through annual dues paid by its over 300 member companies, most of whom are environmental or renewable energy firms, as well as a network of Sustaining Partner Members and federal, state, and foundation grants.
Position Summary:
The Cleantech Policy & Program Administrator will report directly to the Executive Director. She/he/they will be responsible for managing events and providing program support, conducting a weekly energy price survey program, tracking energy & environmental policies, creating educational outreach materials, and working with the Board of Directors. Interest in clean energy & environmental policy is a plus, as is familiarity with the membership management / CRM software Wild Apricot or CRM software generally.
Position Responsibilities Include:
General Requirements:
· Associate’s Degree or equivalent
· Experience working in an office environment
· Conversant with MS Office Suite and Google Suite
· General accounting knowledge is a plus
· Ability to flex work schedule for occasional evening or early morning events

Job Type: Full Time with health benefits for the employee
Pay: $44,000 to $48,000 annually
