Records & Gifts Coordinator - NRCM
The Records & Gifts Coordinator has a central role within the Philanthropy department. This person coordinates the data entry, gift handling and acknowledgement, and member renewal and solicitation processes. They maintain the database, serve as the principal liaison to members who need assistance, and manage mailings for the Philanthropy department. The Coordinator also cross-trains with the Receptionist and other administrative assistants to ensure competency with, and consistency of, service on back-office functions that support the full organization.

Director of Development, Eastern New England - Green Lantern Solar
We seek an experienced, senior-level solar development professional who is able to originate new projects and manage them from initial site control and interconnection application, through permitting and pre-construction until they are ready to be financed and built. The Director of Development will work closely with the engineering team, finance/due-diligence team and outside legal and environmental consultants to identify sites, conduct feasibility and fatal flaw analyses, negotiate site control documents, submit interconnection applications and coordinate interconnection studies, identify offtakers and negotiate PPA’s, and project- manage electrical, civil and structural engineering, environmental studies, local and state permitting, title work and all other activities necessary to get projects ready for financing and NTP.
Location: Remote (Southern ME, Southern NH, Northeast MA)
Salary, Benefits and bonus: $200K-$300K+

Climate and Clean Energy Director - Natural Resources Council of Maine
The Natural Resources Council of Maine, the state’s leading environmental advocacy organization, is seeking to hire a new Climate and Clean Energy Director. This senior policy position has substantial responsibility to promote policies that address climate change and clean energy development in Maine and in the Northeast region. Responsibilities include advocacy before the Legislature and administrative bodies, communications with the media and general public, collaboration with staff colleagues and coalition partners, supervision of other climate and clean energy staff, and program planning and implementation. The Climate and Clean Energy Director develops and maintains expertise on all key policy issues in NRCM’s Climate and Clean Energy Program and uses this knowledge as the basis for persuasive advocacy and sound strategic and political judgment. This is full-time permanent position based at NRCM’s office in Augusta, Maine. The Climate and Clean Energy Director reports to NRCM’s Senior Director of Advocacy.
