William V. Ferdinand, Jr.

Bill is an attorney who focuses his legal practice on legislative, environmental and land use law. He represents a wide variety of clients in the Maine Legislature, from multi-national corporations to Maine trade associations and nonprofit organizations.

Bill was formerly an attorney shareholder with Eaton Peabody. He was previously on the staff of the State Planning Office where he advised the Maine Legislature and state agencies on environmental and economic development policy.

Bill is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Tulane University Law School. He also holds a Masters of Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. He is a member of the Bar in the States of Maine and Connecticut.
