Are you someone who has experience or a perspective to share (positive or negative) on the state of municipal solar projects in Maine? Please reach out to Sandlin Preecs (sandlin.preecs@maine.edu), who is a USM Muskie School Public Policy student and ReMaine Policy intern at Solect.

Last week ClimateWork Maine's e-bulletin introduced the two interns they have hired through the ReMaine program, which provides a 50% subsidy to companies, non-profits, and government agencies that would like to host an intern -- and funding is still available! At CWM, Sydney Ranalletti from Freeport holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Salve Regina University in RI, and Sophie Piette is a recent graduate from the University of New England, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Affairs and minors in Political Science and Climate Change Studies.

Join the Portland Chamber of Commerce for their Imagine Portland Awards on Thurs. June 20 from 4-6:30 pm. Buy your tickets here to celebrate the award winners, network, and get inspired!
